彩色透水路面施工技术研究

Study on Construction Technology of Color Permeable Pavement

根据目前透水路面的研究现状,提出了一种简单有效的彩色透水路面及施工方法,包括路面装置和用于对该路面装置进行支模的彩色透水路面支模体系。在盲道区使用U 型隔离模板,可实现快速支模和脱模;在滑动振动刮平体系轨道上设置减振垫,可以起到良好的减震作用;在透水水泥混凝土垫层内设置对拉防腐筋,可避免路缘石在后期路面透水时单独晃动,增加彩色透水路面系统的稳定性。

According to the research status of permeable pavement, a simple and effective colored permeable pavement and its construction method is proposed in this paper, including pavement device and colored permeable pavement formwork system used to support the pavement device. U-shaped isolation formwork used in blind tracks area can realize rapid formwork support and demoulding. The setting of vibration cushion on the track of sliding vibration scraping system can play a good role in damping. The anti-corrosion reinforcement is set in the permeable cement concrete cushion, which can avoid the kerb shaking alone in the later stage of permeable pavement, and increase the stability of the colored permeable pavement system.
