随着城市建设水平的不断提高,各类工程建设的总量在不断增长。而建筑施工单位的施工技术资料作为各类工程建设的准确记录,会对工程竣工、验收等工作产生影响。但是,建筑施工单位在整理、收集施工技术资料的时候经常存在一系列问题,严重制约了工程竣工验收工作。论文阐述了建筑施工单位施工技术资料存在的意义,给出几条提升工程施工技术资料整理工作成效的简单措施。

With the continuous improvement of urban construction level, the total amount of all kinds of engineering construction is increasing. As the accurate records of all kinds of engineering construction, the construction technical data of the construction unit will have an impact on the completion and acceptance of the project. However, construction units often have a series of problems when sorting out and collecting construction technical data, which seriously restricts the completion and acceptance of the project. This paper expounds the significance of the existence of construction technical data in construction units, and gives several simple measures to improve the effectiveness of engineering construction technical data arrangement.
