Based on the present construction situation of water conservancy and hydropower projects and combined with the development characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower industry in recent years, this paper clarifies the requirements for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in the new era, analyses the existing problems in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and puts forward effective quality control measures, so as to provide a guarantee for water conservancy and hydropower projects, effective basis.
