黄河水利工程是我国社会体系中非常重要的基础设施,运行机制对经济、社会发展存在直接影响。因此,黄河水利工程的运行管理问题受到多方关注,对于运行机制的要求相对较高,需要依托科学、高效的水利工程运行管理体系来进行保障。论文阐述了黄河水利工程运行管理工作的主要意义,提出黄河水利工程运行管理机制中存在的部分问题,并给出部分提高黄河水利工程运行管理机制水平的策略。

The Yellow River water conservancy project is a very important infrastructure in China’s social system, and its operation mechanism has a direct impact on economic and social development. Therefore, the operation and management of the Yellow River water conservancy project has attracted much attention, and the requirements for the operation mechanism are relatively high. It needs to rely on a scientific and efficient operation and management system of the water conservancy project. This paper expounds the main significance of the operation and management of the Yellow River water conservancy project, puts forward some problems existing in the operation and management mechanism of the Yellow River water conservancy project, and gives some strategies to improve the operation and management mechanism level of the Y ellow River water conservancy project.
