美丽中国是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系的重要内容,也是推动中国绿色发展和生态发展的行动指南。当前,美丽中国理论供给的匮乏限制了其对实践指导作用的发挥。从理论上诠释好美丽中国,无论是对决胜全面建成小康社会,还是对实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦都具有极为重要的理论价值和深远的现实意义。建构美丽中国必须立足于以人民为中心的坚实立场、以可持续发展为导向的原则规范、以大国使命担当为内核的责任期许三个核心旨趣,从凝聚美丽中国理念、解决影响美丽中国建设的突出问题和进一步厘清政府角色等三个方面展开。

Beautiful China is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It is also a guideline to promote China’s green development and ecological development.At present,the lack of theoretical support of Beautiful China limits the guidance of practice.Interpreting Beautiful China from a theoretical perspective is of great theoretical significance and far-reaching practical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way and for realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.To build the Beautiful China,we must base on three core purposes:People-centered as firm stand,sustainable development-oriented as principles and norms,and responsibility expectation with the mission of a big country as the core.We should provide strategies from three aspects:cohering the concept of Beautiful China,solving the outstanding problems affecting the construction of Beautiful China,and further clarifying the role of the government.
