良好社会风尚的培育和树立是国家治理的重要内容,亦是推进国家治理现代化的动力和保障。新中国成立初期,中国共产党领导全国人民开展“废旧立新”的社会建设和社会治理,促使社会秩序、社会风气、社会心理和社会生活发生了根本性变化;当家作主的主人翁意识与对新政权的政治认同成为人们的共同心理,爱党爱国、平等团结、和谐友爱、勤劳奋进、科学健康、文明进步等新风尚、新气象在全社会逐渐形成,为新中国各项事业的建设发展创造了良好“硬环境”和“软环境”。这既是新中国成立初期中国共产党推进国家治理成效的集中体现,更是持续推进国家治理现代化的坚实基础和强大动力。

The cultivation of good social morality is an important part of national governance,and also a driving force and guarantee for the modernization of national governance.In the early days of the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China led the people to carry out the social construction and social governance of"destroy the old and establish the new",which led to fundamental changes in social order,social atmosphere,social psychology and social life.The sense of ownership and political identification with the new regime have become the common mentality of people.Love the New China and the Party,equality and unity,harmony and friendship,hard work,scientific and healthy,civilized progress and other new moralities have gradually formed,which creating a good"hard environment"and"soft environment"for the construction and development of the New China.This is not only a concentrated manifestation of the effectiveness of the CPC in advancing national governance in the early days of the People's Republic of China,but also a solid foundation and powerful driving force for the continued modernization of national governance.
