摘要
介绍了金属3D打印技术原理及其在阀门产品中的应用与研究。分析了金属3D打印技术成形复杂的球阀零件,其成形工艺不受传统加工方法限制,产品性能达到锻件质量标准。给出了运用计算机生成的三维CAD模型和最终形成三维实体钛合金阀门零件的化学成分分析,力学性能分析及金相组织分析。
This paper mainly introduces the application and research of 3D printing technology principle in valve products. The metal 3D printing technology for. forming complex ball valve parts is analyzed. The forming process is not limited by the traditional processing methods. The product performance meets forging quality standards. The chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties analysis and metallographic structure analysis of the 3d CAD model generated by computer and the 3d solid titanium alloy valve parts are presented.
