摘要
介绍了某核电机组在安装、调试和运行阶段先后发生由于电动阀门控制方式选择错误导致的阀门损坏、密封失效及保护误动作等问题。经查询设计文件,其中未有电动阀门控制方式的明确说明,从而导致操作中对阀门控制方式的不同理解和操作,进而造成有相当数量的电动阀门控制方式选择错误。通过调研和分析了目前核电机组阀门不同的控制方式,并参考阀门结构型式和设计要求,对核电机组电动阀门控制方式的选择提出了方法和建议。
This paper introduces the problems of valve damage, seal failure and protection misoperation caused by the wrong selection of electric valve control mode in the installation,commissioning and operation stages of a nuclear power unit. By querying the design file, there is no clear statement for the control mode of electrically operated valve. Therefore,This leads to different understanding and operation of valve control mode in operation . As a result,a considerable number of electric valve control mode selection errors. Based on the investigation and analysis of different control modes of valves in nuclear power units,and referring to the valve structure and design requirements, the methods and suggestions for the selection of control modes of electric valves in nuclear power units are put forward.
