Historical Evolution of the Concept of Laws of Nature

"自然规律"是近现代科学的基本概念。但其非自来有之,此概念有一个产生、演变和确立的过程。本文考释"自然规律"概念的涵义,评析有关"自然规律"概念起源的几种主要观点,追寻此概念是如何从日本引进近代中国并被广泛传播的。"自然规律"概念的历史演进,既是对经典"自然规律"概念的诠释史,又是人们不断为它赋予新意义的建构史。

The term"laws of nature"is the basic concept of modern science.But it does not always exist;the concept has a process of emergence,evolution and establishment.This paper analyses the meaning of the concept of"laws of nature",several main viewpoints about the origin of the concept of"laws of nature",and how this concept was introduced from Japan to modern China.From the historical evolution of the concept of"laws of nature",we can easily find that it is not only the annotation history of the traditional concept of"laws of nature",but also the history of constant construction for which people have given new meaning.
