摘要
本文介绍了C.I.分散黄119利用微通道反应器进行的半连续化合成工艺。详细研究了氨基物处理方法的选择、酸用量及温度对重氮盐收率的影响、重氮盐的稳定性等。本文还对氨基物的前处理方式、影响产品收率的因素做了许多探索性工作。通过半连续化反应方式找到边界条件,为连续化制备C.I.分散黄119做有力的基础性数据支撑。
The semi-continuous synthesis process of C. I. Disperse Yellow 119 using microchannel reactorwas introduced in this paper. The selection of amino compounds treatment methods, the effect of acid dosage and temperature on the yield of diazo salts and the stability of diazo salts were studied in detail. In addition, many exploratory work was done on the pretreatment methods of amino compounds and the factors affecting the yield of products. The boundary conditions were found by semi-continuous reaction, which provided a powerful basic data support for the continuous preparation of C. I. Disperse Yellow 119.
