活性染料是纤维素纤维印染中使用最多的一类染料,产量仅次于分散染料。无机性值/有机性值(I/O值)作为活性染料染色特征十大参数之一,对染料生产及应用有重大指导性。本文详述了I/O值的含义并列举多个理解和运算I/O的实例。在当前染料商品化盛行时代,染料复配增效新品种研发至关重要,I/O值可作为印染企业选用染料一个重要依据。

Reactive dyes are the most widely used dyes in cellulose fiber printing and dyeing,and their production is second only to that of disperse dyes.Inorganic value/organic value(I/O value)is one of the ten parameters of dyeing characteristics of reactive dyes,which is of great guiding significance to the production and application.In this paper the meaning of I/O value in detail was described and several examples of understanding and calculating I/O value were listed.In the current era of dyestuff commercialization,the research and development of new dyestuff compound synergistic varieties is very important.I/O value can be used as an important basis for dyestuff selection.
