摘要
本文介绍了一种4-氨基二苯醚的合成方法。以对硝基氯苯和苯酚为原料,经成醚和加氢还原两步反应得到最终产品。分别考察了反应溶剂、物料配比、温度、压力以及催化剂用量等条件对反应的影响。最终产品的收率达95.4%,含量大于99%。该合成工艺清洁高效,反应溶剂可实现循环套用。
This paper introduced a method for the synthesis of 4-phenoxyaniline.p-Nitrochlorobenzene and phenol used as raw materials,the final product was obtained by a two-step reaction of etherification reaction and hydroreduction reaction.The effects of reaction solvent,material ratio,temperature,pressure and catalyst dosage on the reaction were investigated.The yield of the final product was 95.4%,and the content was more than 99%.The synthesis process is clean and efficient,and the solvent can be recycled.
