“运动是良医”视域下高校体育文化培育路径研究

Approaches to Developing Sports Culture on Campus from the Perspective of Exercise Is Medicine

"运动是良医"视域下的校园体育文化对改善整个校园人群身体健康水平具有重要价值.明确运动是良医内涵的基础上,认为新时期对接国家健康战略的客观需要,改善体质状况及生活方式的内在诉求,传承主动健康理念、提升健康素养是高校体育文化培育价值的集中体现.最后,提出拓展高校体育教育课程,优化课程结构与教学内容;广泛开展校园体育活动,满足校园人群运动健身服务需求;营造校园体育锻炼环境,增强运动健身支持性氛围;体育志愿服务进社区,发挥高校社会服务职能,延展健身指导形式;探索校园运动健身促进计划是高校体育文化培育的主要路径.

The"exercise is medicine"campus sports culture is of great value in improving the health level of the whole campus population.On the basis of clarifying that"exercise is medicine",it is believed that the objective needs of the national health strategy in the new period,the intrinsic demands of improving the physical condition and life style,and the inheritance of the active health concept,and the promotion of health literacy are the concentrated embodiment of the cultivation value of physical culture in colleges and universities.Finally,the author puts forward the following points:expanding the course of physical education in colleges and universities,optimizing the structure and teaching content of the course,carrying out the campus sports activities extensively to meet the needs of sports and fitness service of the campus crowd,constructing the environment of physical training on campus and enhancing the supportive atmosphere of sports fitness,sports volunteer service into the community,social service function of colleges and universities,extension of body-building guidance form.It is the main way to cultivate sports culture in colleges and universities to explore the promotion plan of campus sports fitness.
