复发性流产病因及治疗浅析

Preliminary Analysis on Etiology and Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

复发性流产(Recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)是一种常见的病理性妊娠,目前认为解剖、内分泌、感染、遗传及免疫等因素都与RSA 密切相关,流行病学显示仍有约50%的患者病因和发病机制不明确,在医学上称为原因不明的复发性流产(Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,URSA)。其治疗也十分复杂,中医、西医各有特色,为了进一步了解RSA 的病因及治疗方案,笔者将近3 年关于RSA 病因病机及其治疗的相关研究综述如下。

Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) is a common kind of pathologic pregnancy. Currently, it is believed that such factors as anatomy,endocrine,infection,heredity and immunity. According to epidemiology,however,there exists uncertainty in the etiology and pathogenesis in 50% of patients,which is named as unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA). Its treatment is very complicate since Chinese medicine and western medicine have their own advantages. In order to further understand the etiology and treatment protocols,the authors reviewed the relevant studies on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of RSA in the recent three years as follow.
