构建病证结合模式的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型现状与思考

Present Situation and Reflection on the Establishment of Animal Model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Combining Disease and Syndrome

从病证结合角度对消化系统疾病进行诊疗,是中医脾胃病学的一个特色。病证结合动物模型是连接中医临床与基础研究的纽扣。因此,构建符合临床特征的病证结合萎缩性胃炎动物模型,有利于人们进一步认识疾病发生和发展的过程,从而发挥中医对慢性萎缩性胃炎的辨证优势。目前多数学者常应用多因素复合法制备萎缩性胃炎动物模型,但与自然发病状态相比仍存在较大差距。因此,构建中医疾病的动物模型,需要进一步深入研究其中医发病机理,并通过模拟中医病因、证候,以及方证结合等方法阐明中医证候的相关特征,优化构建方法,以促进中医药临床和科研的现代化发展。

It is a characteristic of spleen-and-stomach disease theory in Chinese medicine to diagnose and treat digestive-system diseases from the combination of diseases and syndromes. Animal model combining disease and syndrome is the button connecting clinical and basic research of Chinese medicine. Therefore, the establishment of an animal model combining disease and syndrome with atrophic gastritis that conforms to clinical symptoms is conducive to people’s further understanding of the occurrence and development process of the disease,so as to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine in the syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis. At present,most scholars often use multi-factor method to prepare animal model with atrophic gastritis,but there is still a big gap compared with the natural disease state. Therefore, to build the animal model of Chinese-medicine diseases, it is necessary to further study the pathogenesis of Chinese-medicine diseases,and clarify the related characteristics of TCM syndromes by simulating the etiology, syndromes and combination of prescription and syndrome, so as to optimize the construction method and to promote the modern development of Chinese medicine in clinic and in its scientific research.
