黄连阿胶汤治疗失眠临床研究

Clinical Study on Huanglian E’jiao Tang for Insomnia

目的:观察黄连阿胶汤治疗失眠临床疗效。方法:将98例失眠患者按随机原则分为对照组和治疗组,每组各49例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组给予口服黄连阿胶汤进行治疗,之后对2组患者的临床疗效以及其他相关指标进行对比分析。结果:对照组总有效率为85.71%,治疗组为97.96%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后PSQI评分均有所下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间治疗后PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻2例、头晕1例,不良反应发生率为6.12%;对照组腹泻3例,呕吐4例,不良反应发生率为14.28%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄连阿胶汤治疗失眠的临床效果确切,可缓解临床症状,改善生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian E’jiao Tang for insomnia. Methods: A total of 98 cases of patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,49 cases in each group. The control group received treatment of conventional medicine, and the treatment group received Huanglian E’jiao Tang orally. The clinical effect and other related indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate was 85.71% in the control group and 97.96% in the treatment group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment,the scores of PSQI in the two groups were decreased and when compared them with those before treatment, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the comparison of the score of PSQI between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05). There were two cases of diarrhea and one case of dizziness in the treatment group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was6.12%;there were three cases of diarrhea and four cases of vomiting in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was14.28%(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian E’jiao Tang is effective in treating insomnia, which helps relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
