马应龙麝香痔疮栓联合地奥斯明治疗混合痔疮临床研究

Clinical Study on Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Suppository Combined with Diosmin for Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:观察马应龙麝香痔疮栓联合地奥斯明治疗混合痔疮患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例确诊为混合性痔疮的患者随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组行常规手术后给予地奥斯明治疗;观察组行常规手术后给予马应龙麝香痔疮栓联合地奥斯明治疗,2组均治疗7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后3天、7天水肿程度评分分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组。观察组平均水肿消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效总有效率观察组95.0%,对照组72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马应龙麝香痔疮栓联合地奥斯明治疗混合痔疮常规术后患者,临床疗效良好,水肿消退时间优于单纯使用地奥司明治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository combined with diosmin for patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:Divided 80 cases of patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids randomly into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diosmin after routine operation, and the observation group was treated with Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository combined with diosmin after routine operation. The two groups were treated for 7 days as 1 course.Compared the clinical effects after 2 courses of treatment. Results:There were significant differences being found in the comparison of the edema degree scores at 3 and 7 days after treatment of the observation group between those of the control group(P < 0.05);the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The average edema disappearance time in the observation group was evidently shorter than that in the control group, difference being significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 72.5% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of Mayinglong hemorrhoids suppository combined with diosmin has good clinical effect in treating postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids,in which the edema disappearance time is shorter than that of the simple use of diosmin.
