清脉饮治疗湿热下注型下肢静脉曲张腔内激光术后并发症临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingmai Yin for Complications due to Varicose Veins of Lower Limb of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Type after Endovenous Laser Treatment

目的:研究清脉饮治疗下肢静脉曲张腔内激光术后并发症湿热下注型患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分配为2组各40例。对照组予下肢静脉曲张腔内激光术及地奥司明片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上换地奥司明片为清脉饮,分别记录2组术后第3天、第15天、第30天并发症及术前、术后第15天、术后第30天的静脉临床危重程度评分(VCSS)。结果:术后第15天,2组并发症皮下瘀青、皮下血肿、患肢疼痛、肢体麻木发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。术后第30天,2组并发症皮下瘀青、皮下血肿、患肢疼痛、肢体麻木、皮下结节发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。2组治疗后第15天、第30天时VCSS评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后第15天、第30天VCSS评分分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组肝肾功能在治疗前后均正常,未见明显不良反应。结论:清脉饮治疗下肢静脉曲张激光术后并发症的改善及其疗效明显优于对照组,能提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Qingmai Yin for the complications due to varicose veins of lower limb of damp-heat pouring downward type after endovenous laser treatment. Methods:A total of 80 cases of varicose veins of lower limb were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins of lower limb and diosimine tablets, and the treatment group was treated with endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins of lower limb and Qingmai Yin. The postoperative complications on Day 3, 15 and 30, as well as the Venous Clinical Severity Score(VCSS)before, after and on Day 15 and 30 were recorded. Results: On the 15 th day after surgery, the incidence of subcutaneous bruising,subcutaneous hematoma,limb pain and numbness was compared in both groups,the difference being significant(P < 0.05);that in the the treatment group was less than that in the control group. On the 30 th day after the surgery,the incidence of subcutaneous bruising, subcutaneous hematoma, limb pain, limb numbness and subcutaneous nodules was compared in the two groups, the difference being significant(P < 0.05);that in the the treatment group was less than that in the control group. The VCSS scores on the15 th and 30 th day after treatment in the two groups were compared with those before treatment respectively,differences being significant(P < 0.05). The VCSS scores in the two groups were compared on the 15 th and 30 th day after treatment respectively,differences being significant(P < 0.05). Liver and kidney functions of patients were normal before and after treatment,and there was no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Qingmai Yin has more significant therapeutic effect in treating complications due to varicose veins of lower limb after endovenous laser treatment than the treatment in the control group,which can improve clinical effect and shorten treatment time.
