火针及火针联合其他疗法治疗白癜风临床研究进展

Clinical Study Progress on Fire Needle and Its Combined Treatment Methods for Vitiligo

白癜风是一种原发性、局限性或泛发性的皮肤黏膜色素脱失症。属于易诊难治的损容性皮肤病。近年来,火针及火针联合治疗在临床中的运用越来越多。笔者对白癜风的发病机制、治疗方法进行概括,介绍火针疗法在皮肤科的运用起源,对火针及火针联合其它疗法治疗白癜风进行综述,为白癜风的治疗提供多种选择,更好的将火针疗法运用于临床。

As a primary, localized or generalized mucocutaneous depigmentation disorder, vitiligo is considered as one kind of discosmetic dermatosis which can be easily diagnosed but difficult to treat. Recent years have witnessed the increasingly more application of fire needle and its combined treatment. The authors summed up the pathogenesis and treatment methods for vitiligo,introduced the origin of applying fire-needling therapy in the department of dermatology and reviewed fire needle and its combined treatment for vitiligo, with aims to provide numerous choices of treating vitiligo and better apply fire-needling therapy in clinical practice.
