针刺结合刘茂林经验方治疗脑卒中后失眠症临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Experiential Prescription of LIU Maolin for Post-Stroke Insomnia

目的:观察针刺结合刘茂林经验方治疗脑卒中后失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将72例脑卒中后失眠症患者随机分成3组各24例。治疗组应用针刺及中药治疗,针推组采用推拿结合针灸治疗,西药组采用艾司唑仑治疗。记录治疗前后患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、各项目评分及评定疗效。结果:治疗后,3组PSQI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组较针推组及西药组减少明显(P<0.01)。治疗后,3组PSQI评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后3组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸及中药并用治疗脑卒中后失眠症疗效良好,优于单用西药治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with experiential prescription of LIU Maolin on post-stroke insomnia. Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with post-stroke insomnia were randomly divided into three groups,24 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine;the acupuncture and tuina group was treated with tuina combined with acupuncture;the western medicine group was treated with estazolam. The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and each index before and after treatment were recorded, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results: After treatment,the comparisons of the scores of PSQI among the three groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.01),and the one in the treatment group was decreased more obviously than those in the acupuncture and tuina group and the western medicine group(P <0.01). After treatment,the scores of PSQI in the three groups were compared with those before treatment respectively, differences being significant(P < 0.01). After treatment,the comparisons of the clinical effect among the three groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in treating post-stroke insomnia has significant curative effect which is better than that of simple western medicine.
