加味苏子降气汤联合小儿推拿治疗小儿急性咳嗽临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Suzi Jiangqi Tang Combined with Infantile Massage for Acute Cough in Children

目的:观察加味苏子降气汤联合小儿推拿治疗小儿急性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将深圳市龙岗区第七人民医院社区健康中心就诊治疗的48例急性咳嗽患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予加味苏子降气汤联合推拿治疗,总疗程为1周。观察2组症状评分以及血清免疫学指标水平变化。结果:治疗前,2组间日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分均下降(P<0.05)。治疗后2组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前各免疫指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组免疫指标较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味苏子降气汤联合小儿推拿治疗能够迅速改善患儿的咳嗽症状,同时可通过调节患儿的免疫功能以达到提高疗效的目的。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Suzi Jiangqi tang combined with infantile massage on acute cough in children. Methods:A total of 48 cases of children with acute cough in Community Health Center of the Seventh People’s Hospital in Longgang District, Shenzhen, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 24 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with modified Suzi Jiangqi tang combined with infantile massage. Both groups were treated for one week. The changes of the scores of symptoms and the levels of serum immunological markers in the two groups were observed. Results: Before treatment, compared the scores of cough during daytime and at night in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). After treatment,the scores of cough during daytime and at night in the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05);the comparison of the above scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.05). Before treatment,compared each immunological marker in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P >0.05). After treatment,the immunological markers in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P <0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of modified Suzi Jiangqi tang combined with infantile massage can rapidly reduce the symptom of cough in children, and improve the curative effect by regulating their immune function at the same time.
