子宫捆绑术对剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的应用效果

Application Effect of Uterine Bundling on Maternal Uterine Contractions with Uterine Contractions and Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察子宫捆绑术治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法随机将2017年10月~2018年10月收治的82例剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血患者分为两组,每组41例。对照组行常规止血措施,观察组行子宫捆绑术治疗。比较临床疗效。结果观察组术后24h出血量、并发症发生率以及总有效率等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫捆绑术治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血效果理想,可以有效降低产后出血量,保障了患者的生命安全,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of uterine bundling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to cesarean section uterine atony.Methods Eighty - two patients with cesarean section uterine contraction and postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,41 in each group.The control group underwent routine hemostasis and the observation group underwent uterine bundling. Compare clinical efficacy.Results The blood loss,complication rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P < 0.05).Conclusions Uterine bundling is an effective treatment for cesarean section with uterine contraction and postpartum hemorrhage.It can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage and ensure the safety of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
