替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌有效性和安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Teggio in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌有效性和安全性。方法选择2015年3月-2017年3月收治的晚期胃癌患者28例进行研究,均经检查确诊,给予替吉奥治疗,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果28例患者中完全患者3例,部分缓解10例,稳定7例,进展8例,治疗有效率为46.43%;替吉奥治疗常见不良反应为恶心呕吐(50.00%)、腹泻(39.28%)及白细胞计数降低(46.43%),且以Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度为主。结论针对晚期胃癌患者实施替吉奥治疗可获得良好的治疗效果,且不会引发较多或严重的不良反应,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of teggio in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 28 cases of advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were studied,all of them were diagnosed and given the treatment of teggio,and the effects and adverse reactions were observed.Results There were 3 complete patients in 28 cases,10 cases of partial remission,7 stable cases,8 progress,and 46.43% of the effective rate.The common adverse reactions were nausea and vomiting ( 50%),diarrhea ( 39.28%) and white blood cell count reduction ( 46.43%),which were mainly of degree I and II.Conclusions The implementation of teggio therapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer can obtain good therapeutic effect,and it will not cause more or more serious adverse reactions.It is safe and worthy of application.
