急诊胃镜在老年上消化道出血诊治中的应用

Experience of Emergency Gastroscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage in the Elderly

目的分析老年患者上消化道出血中应用急诊胃镜诊治效果。方法随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,其中观察组行急诊胃镜,对照组行非急诊胃镜检查。结果观察组60例患者中,确诊58例,确诊率96.7%。对照组60例患者确诊49例,确诊率81.7%。对两组患者确诊率进行对比分析(P<0.05),急诊胃镜与非急诊胃镜在老年上消化道出血确诊率中有显著差异。结论老年上消化道出血中利用急诊胃镜进行诊断,同时还可以开展急诊胃镜下治疗,且无相关并发症发生,故急诊胃镜在老年患者上消化道出血诊治中安全、有效、可行、快捷,值得临床使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 60) and control group ( n = 60 ),in which emergency gastroscopy was performed in the observation group and non - emergency gastroscopy was performed in the control group.Results of the 60 patients in the observation group,58 cases were confirmed,and the diagnosis rate was 96.7%.In the control group,49 cases were diagnosed,and the diagnosis rate was 81.7%.There was a significant difference between emergency gastroscopy and non - emergency gastroscopy in the diagnosis rate of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly.There was a significant difference in the final diagnosis rate between the two groups ( P < 0.05).Conclusions In elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,emergency gastroscopy is used for diagnosis.Therefore,emergency gastroscopy is safe,effective,feasible, rapid and worthy of clinical use in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients.
