党的十八大以来,大批优秀党员干部积极响应号召,奔赴贫困乡村担任第一书记,其中不乏女性的身影,她们扎根农村、走进群众、奉献自我,让曾经贫困的乡村发生了新变化、让父老乡亲过上了好日子,被当地誉为“党派来的好干部”“脱贫致富的领路人”。
In response to the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese Governments call for Chinese to promote implementation of China’s poverty-alleviation policies in rural areas,many cadres,from government organizations,institutions and State-owned enterprises,in recent years have volunteered to conduct povertyalleviation work in villages across the country.Many women cadres have played important roles in helping rural residents improve their lives,and in promoting rural economic and social development,since they were appointed first secretaries of villages.Many of the women are called,by rural residents,“excellent Party cadres” and/or “bellwethers in helping villagers escape poverty.”
