摘要
以老龄垃圾渗滤液为处理对象,采用SBR反应器探究CANON工艺的脱氮性能。通过接种短程硝化反应器和厌氧氨氧化反应器中的污泥,采用间歇曝气-持续搅拌的运行方式经过58d成功启动反应器。在启动期进水NH4^+-N和TN浓度分别为146、153mg/L的条件下,NH4^+-N、TN去除率分别可以达到96.80%和85.88%。为优化CANON工艺的脱氮效率,根据反应器中pH值的变化调控曝气和厌氧搅拌时间,在进水NH4^+-N和TN浓度分别为190、203mg/L的条件下,NH4^+-N、TN去除率分别可达到98.18%和86.45%,提高了TN去除量,并减少了能耗。
The aged landfill leachate was treated by a SBR based on CANON process,and the denitrification performance was explored.The system was inoculated with mixed sludge from a partial nitrification reactor and an anaerobic ammonium oxidation reactor in the laboratory.The reactor was successfully started after 58 days by adopting intermittent aeration and continuous stirring operation.The results showed that the removal rates of NH4^+-N and TN could reach 96.80%and 85.88%when the influent concentrations of NH4^+-N and TN were 146 mg/L and 153 mg/L respectively.In order to optimize the denitrification efficiency of the CANON process,aeration time and anaerobic stirring time were controlled according to pH change.When the influent concentrations of NH4^+-N and TN were 190 mg/L and 203 mg/L respectively,the removal rates of NH4^+-N and TN could reach 98.18%and 86.45%respectively.This operational mode could increase total nitrogen removal capacity and reduce energy consumption.
