摘要
新中国成立70年来,中国出版经济体制经历了建立与改革两大阶段,中国出版经济体制建立与改革是中国特色社会主义事业有机组成部分。伴随着对出版业双重性的认识不断清晰和深化,在改革过程中,通过不断调整政府、市场与企业的关系,创造出与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的出版经济体制,探索出出版企业运营机制。中国出版经济体制改革未来将继续完善国有文化资产管理制度建设,充分发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,进一步推进“两个毫不动摇”与混合经济所有制改革,推动新媒体发展和内容创新,培育和弘扬企业家精神,推动出版“走出去”,提高国家文化软实力。
China's publishing economic system has experienced two major stages of establishment and reform in the past 70 years, which is an integral part of the establishment of the society of the socialist with Chinese Characteristics. With the understanding and improvement of the duality of the publishing industry in the process of reform, we constantly adjust the relationship between the government, the market and the enterprise to create a publishing economic system that is compatible with the socialist market economic system, and explore the publishing enterprise operating mechanism. In the future, China's publishing economic system reform will continue to improve the construction of state-owned cultural asset management systems and give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation. The reform will constantly promote the "two unwavering" and mixed economic ownership reforms. In the meanwhile, it will promote the development of new media and content innovation as well as the entrepreneurship, and the publishing "going out" to improve the cultural soft power of China.
