摘要
安徽金禾实业股份有限公司因新上低压醇生产装置,为使压缩机降低五段缸压力,提高打气量,经研究决定对现有的H12IA-57/320型压缩机的六段缸进行扩充。在通过技术改造后,同比增加了合成氨的产量,单机电耗得到有效下降。生产装置压缩机的五段出口压力从原来的6.4MPa降低到了现有的5.8MPa,满足低压醇装置的压力要求,使生产装置的安全性能得到极大提高。
Anhui Jinhe Industrial Co., Ltd. expanded the six-stage cylinder of the existing H12 IA-57/320 compressor for the purpose of reducing the pressure of the five-stage cylinder and increasing the amount of air pumping due to the new high-pressure alcohol production unit. After the technical transformation, the output of synthetic ammonia was increased, and the single-electromechanical consumption was effectively reduced. The five-stage outlet pressure of the compressor has been reduced from the original 6.4 MPa to the existing 5.8 MPa,which meets the pressure requirements of the low-pressure alcohol unit, and the safety performance of the production unit is greatly improved.
