摘要 根据首钢京唐公司转炉汽化冷却系统在实际生产运行过程中存在氮气消耗量大、积渣挤压罩裙环管、进水联箱配水不均和工频引起的电能浪费等问题,有针对性的采用机械密封、增设低压报警检测、增加入水口、加固溜槽联箱和工频改变频等改造优化,不仅每年节约370余万元,而且降低了汽化烟道的故障率。 According to the problems of large consumption of nitrogen, the pipe of adjustable skirt extruded by slag deposition, uneven distribution of water in intake header and power waste caused by power frequency of Jingtang Company of Shougang. Targeted transformation and optimization as the structure of seal changed to mechanical seal, added low voltage alarm detection, increased intake, reinforced the header of flux chutes and changed power frequency to frequency conversion and so on. It not only saved more than 370 million yuan per year, but also reduced the failure rate of vaporization flue.
