摘要
承钢所用环冷机原为橡胶密封方式,在生产中存在橡胶动静密封损坏严重、热风泄露、余热回收效率低的现象。炼铁事业部对烧结环冷机的密封进行了改造,采用了包容式机械密封系统,改造后漏风率显著下降,改善了环冷机的冷却效果,余热发电量提高10%,节电570万kWh/a,取得了良好的经济效益。
The ring cooler used in a steel is originally a rubber seal method, in the production of rubber static and dynamic seal damage is serious. The hot air leakage, waste heat recovery efficiency is low. The division carried on the transformation to the sintering ring cooler seal, adopted the inclusive mechanical seal system, and reduced the air leakage rate significantly after the transformation, improved the cooling effect of the ring cooler, increased the waste heat generation capacity 10%, the power saving 5.7 million kWh/a, obtained a good economic benefit.
