摘要 钢铁企业在激烈竞争环境下越来越注重钢板性能控制技术,考虑物质机理的研究方法存在计算繁琐、工艺参数耦合性强、产品性能参数波动大等缺点。基于OPLS模型算法,结合历史钢板的化学成分参数、工艺设备参数和产品性能参数建立了钢板性能的数学模型,研究了影响钢材性能异常波动的主要参数,并通过关键变量的监控,使钢板性能更加稳定。研究结果表明,基于OPLS模型算法建立的钢板性能数学模型能够有效减小钢板性能的波动范围,提高产品的合格率和可靠性,具有一定的理论与应用价值。 Iron and steel enterprises pay more and more attention to steel plate performance control technology under fierce competition environment. The research methods of material mechanism include the complexity of calculation, the strong coupling of process parameters, and the fluctuation of product performance parameters. Combined with the chemical composition parameters, process equipment parameters and product performance parameters of the historical steel plate, the mathematical model of the steel plate performance is established base on the OPLS model algorithm. Research on the main parameters that affect the abnormal fluctuation of steel properties, and the performance of the steel plate is more stable through monitoring the key variables. The research results show that the mathematical model of steel plate performance based on OPLS model algorithm can effectively reduce the fluctuation range of steel plate performance, and improve the product’s qualification rate and reliability. This research has a certain theoretical and practical value.
