级联开关电感型准Z源逆变器

Quasi-Z-Source inverter based on cascaded switched-inductor

摘要 为了解决准Z源逆变器升压能力不高、电容电压应力较大的问题,在级联型准Z源逆变器的基础上,将开关电感嵌入Z源网络中,得到级联开关电感型准Z源逆变器。该逆变器继承了传统准Z源逆变器的优势,提高了升压能力;在同一期望输出电压值的情况下,降低了输入电流纹波和电容电压应力。分析了其拓扑结构和工作原理,并利用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性和可行性。 In order to solve the problem of low boost capacity and high capacitance voltage stress of traditional quasi-Z-source inverter, on the basis of the cascaded quasi-Z source inverter, the switching inductor is embedded in the Z source network to obtain the cascade switch inductor quasi-Z source inverter. The inverter inherits the advantages of the traditional quasi-Z-source inverter, and the boosting capability is improved. At the same time, the input current ripple and the capacitance voltage stress are reduced under the same boosting capability. The topological structure and working principle are analyzed and simulated with MATLAB/Simulink software to demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
