水分活度在化妆品微生物控制方面的应用分析 被引量:13

摘要 水分活度在食品行业控制微生物污染方面的成功应用为微生物控制和安全性检测方面提供了良好的理论指导,而在化妆品行业未见有水分活度的相关引用报道。本研究首次将水分活度的概念及其测定方法应用到化妆品行业微生物控制方面来,通过分析水分活度与微生物生长的相关性来寻找控制化妆品微生物污染的方法。结果表明通过降低水分活度可以提高化妆品的安全稳定性,为控制化妆品微生物污染、减少化妆品中防腐剂的用量及微生物限度检查等提供了新方法和理论指导。 The successful application of water activity in the control of microbial contamination in the food industry provides good theoretical guidance for microbial control and safety testing, while there is no quoted report on water activity in the cosmetics industry. In this paper, the concept of water activity and its determination method were first applied to the microbial control of cosmetics industry. The correlation between water activity and microbial growth was analyzed to find a way to control microbial contamination in cosmetic products. The results show that the safety and stability of cosmetics products can be improved by reducing the water activity, which provides new methods and theoretical guidance for controlling cosmetic microbial contamination, reducing the amount of preservatives in cosmetic products and microbial limit inspection.
