益气和胃胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对伴抑郁的功能性消化不良患者的疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with flupentixol melitracen in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by depression

目的探讨益气和胃胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法将2017年1月~2018年12月本院收治的54例功能性消化不良伴抑郁患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组27例。对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益气和胃胶囊治疗,疗程4周;比较两组患者治疗后的消化道症状评分、总有效率、抑郁症状评分和不良反应。结果治疗后两组症状总积分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.59%,显著高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);抑郁症状评分:两组治疗后与治疗前相比均明显下降(P <0.05),两组治疗后差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论益气和胃胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴抑郁的功能性消化不良患者比较单纯的氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗更有效,且安全性好。

Objective To explore curative effects of Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with flupentixol melitracen in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by depression. Methods 54 patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by depression who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of flupentixol melitracen while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Hewei capsule on basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Gastrointestinal symptom scores, total effective rate, depressive symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the total scores of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%, significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, depressive symptoms score of the control group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in depressive symptoms score between two groups(P > 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with flupentixol melitracen in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by depression is more effective than flupentixol melitracen alone and the safety is good.
