头孢地嗪联合氨溴索治疗中老年患者下呼吸道感染的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of cefodizime combined with ambroxol in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in middle-aged and elderly psatients

目的探讨头孢地嗪联合氨溴索治疗中老年患者下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选择2015年4月20日~2018年4月25日我院就诊的45例中老年患者下呼吸道感染患者作为探究对象,实施信封随机分组模式进行分组,分别22、23例,分别实施头孢地嗪联合氨溴索治疗、头孢地嗪治疗,比较两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗效果为95.45%(21/22)、咳痰:(4.21±0.54)d、气促:(4.02±1.11)d、肺部啰音:(4.44±1.08)d,优于对照组,P <0.05,但在不良反应发生率的比较中,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论头孢地嗪联合氨溴索治疗中老年患者下呼吸道感染效果较佳。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of cefodizime combined with ambroxol in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods 45 middle-aged and elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from April 20,2015 to April 25,2018 were selected as research objects.According to envelope random grouping mode,they were divided into two groups,with 22 cases and 23 cases respectively.They were respectively treated by cefodizime combined with ambroxol and cefodizime.The curative effects,relief time of clinical symptom and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect,expectoration,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales of the observation group were respectively 95.45%(21/22),(4.21±0.54)d,(4.02±1.11)d and(4.44±1.08) d,better than those of the control group,P < 0.05.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions,P > 0.05. Conclusion Cefodizime combined with ambroxol in treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection has better effect.
