优质护理对糖尿病性黄斑水肿雷珠单抗治疗患者的效果观察

Observation on curative effects of high-quality nursing on patients with diabetic macular edema treated by ranibizumab

目的探讨行雷珠单抗治疗的糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者最佳的护理方法。方法2017年10月~2018年9月,采取随机数字表法,将在我院治疗98例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者进行优质护理干预。从患者最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度和患者康复效果3方面,比较护理效果。结果观察组最佳矫正视力和总有效率高于对照组,黄斑中心凹厚度低于对照组,以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行雷珠单抗治疗的糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者进行优质护理干预,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the best nursing method for patients with diabetic macular edema treated by ranibizumab. Methods According to the random number table method, 98 patients with diabetic macular edema who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing. The nursing effects were compared from three aspects including the best corrected visual acuity, the thickness of macular fovea and the rehabilitation effect. Results The Best corrected visual acuity and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group while the thickness of macular fovea was lower than that of the control group. All the above comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for patients with diabetic macular edema treated by ranibizumab has significant nursing effects.
