快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜患者术后恢复的影响研究

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of gynecologic laparoscopic patients

目的探讨快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月在我院行妇科腹腔镜手术的75例患者为主要研究对象,运用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(n=37)实施常规护理,观察组(n=38)实施快速康复护理,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果经比较,观察组患者术后肛门恢复排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,组间数据比较有统计学差异(P <0.05);观察组患者的术后各时间点疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施快速康复护理更有利于其术后身体的康复,且可缓解患者的疼痛程度,并发症少,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of gynecologic laparoscopic patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 75 patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the main research objects, all patients were divided into groups by digital random expression, and the control group(37 cases) was given routine nursing care, the observation group(38 cases) was given rapid rehabilitation nursing, the recovery after operation between the two groups were compared. Results After comparison, the recovery time of anal exhaust, the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The postoperative pain scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After comparison, the complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fast rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery is more conducive to their physical recovery after operation, and can relieve the pain of patients with fewer complications, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
