摘要 目的探讨Ilizarov技术在治疗下肢创伤后感染性骨缺损的研究效果。方法选取2016年10月~2018年2月在我院就诊的下肢创伤后感染性骨缺损患者35例为研究对象,,采用Ilizarov技术对患者进行治疗。术后随访24个月,观察临床治疗资料、优良率、及治疗前后的膝关节HHS评分、踝关节Baird-Jackson评分。结果患者均顺利完成手术,手术成功率100.00%,均未并发症发生。。其住院的时间为9~26d,平均(16.38±5.11)d。患者术毕至负重时间6~13个月,平均(10.37±3.30)个月。Ilizarov外固定支架进行固定时间5~13个月,平均(7.36±2.64)d。优33例,良2例,治疗的优良率为100.00%。治疗后,患者HHS及Baird-Jackson评分明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Ilizarov技术下肢创伤后感染性骨缺损在控制感染和改善患肢功能方面有一定优越性。 Objective To explore the effect of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of infective bone defect after lower limb trauma. Methods From October 2016 to February 2018,35 patients who treated in our hospital with posttraumatic infectious bone defect of lower extremity were selected as the study subjects.The patients were treated with Ilizarov technique.The follow-up period was 24 months.The clinical data,excellent and good rate,HHS score of knee joint and Baird-Jackson score of ankle joint before and after treatment were observed. Results All patients successfully completed the operation,the success rate of the operation was 100.00%,and no complications occurred.The hospitalization time was 9-26 days,with an average of(16.38±5.11) days.The time from the end of operation to the weight-bearing was 6-13 months, with an average of(10.37±3.30) months.The time of fixing Ilizarov external fixator was 5-13 months,with an average of(7.36±2.64) days.In all patients,the treatment effect was excellent in 33 cases and good in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate of treatment was 100.00%.After treatment,the HHS score of knee joint and Baird-Jackson score of ankle joint were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ilizarov technique has some advantages in controlling infection and improving limb function.
