寒区表面活性剂类温拌沥青的性能评价及降黏效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了评价表面活性类温拌剂在河北寒区沥青路面上的适用性,以河北张承高速某试验段为工程实例,选用韩国SK70#和SK90#基质沥青以及河北某新材料公司研发的YC型表面活性温拌剂制备温拌沥青结合料.综合考虑河北寒区的气候条件和施工现状,分析不同温拌剂掺量对SK70#和SK90#基质沥青性能的影响,并确定YC型温拌剂最佳掺量;基于数理统计方法和Refutas黏温方程,对河北寒区YC型温拌沥青混合料的降黏效果进行分析.研究结果表明:YC型温拌剂与基质沥青的最佳拌合时间为5 min.同一温度下,YC型温拌剂掺量对SK70#沥青针入度的影响显著性要大于SK90#沥青. YC型温拌剂的添加能显著增大沥青结合料的温度敏感性,即沥青的温度敏感性随温拌剂掺量的增加而增大. YC型温拌剂对沥青的软化点无显著影响,对于SK70#和SK90#沥青,单考虑沥青的低温延度因素时,推荐YC型温拌剂最佳掺量为沥青用量的0.7%. Refutas黏温关系式能较好地表征YC型温拌沥青的黏温关系,YC型温拌剂的添加对SK70#和SK90#基质沥青的黏度降低作用不显著. In order to evaluate the applicability of surface active warming agent on asphalt pavement in Hebei cold area,a test section of Hebei Zhang-Cheng expressway was used as an engineering example,the Korean SK70# and SK90# matrix asphalt,and the YC type surface active warming agent developed by a new material company in Hebei province were selected to prepare the warm mixed asphalt binder. By consideration of the climatic conditions and construction status of cold regions in Hebei Province,the effects of different temperature mixing agents on the properties of SK70# and SK90# matrix asphalts were analyzed,and the optimum dosage of YC type warming agent was determined. Mathematical statistics method and Refutas viscosity temperature equation were used to analyze the viscosity reduction effect of YC type mixed asphalt binder in Hebei cold area. The results show that the optimum mixing time of YC type warming agent and matrix asphalt is 5 min. At the same temperature,the effect of the amount of warming agent on the penetration of SK70# asphalt is significantly greater than that of SK90# asphalt.The addition of YC type warming agent can significantly increase the temperature sensitivity of the asphalt binder,meaning that the temperature sensitivity of the asphalt increases with the increase of the amount of the warming agent.YC type warming agent has no significant effect on the softening point of asphalt. For SK70# and SK90# asphalt,considered the low temperature ductility factor of asphalt alone,the optimum dosage of YC type warming agent is recommended to be 0.7%. The viscosity equation of Refutas can well characterize the viscosity-temperature relationship of YC type mixed asphalt. The addition of YC type warming agent has no significant effect on the viscosity reduction of SK70# and SK90# matrix asphalt.
