葡萄砧木‘SA15’和‘SA17’耐复合盐碱能力评价 被引量:1

Complex salt-alkali tolerance evaluation of grape rootstocks ’SA15’ and ’SA17’

摘要 以砧木‘1103P’为对照,对‘左山一×SO4’杂种砧木中耐盐性较强的株系‘SA15’和‘SA17’进行0.54%复合盐碱胁迫处理。复合盐碱胁迫18d后测定植株新梢生长量、叶片和根系的丙二醛含量、叶片叶绿素含量和各器官中Na^+、K^+含量等指标。结果表明,砧木‘SA15’和‘SA17’叶片叶绿素含量降幅低于‘1103P’,Na^+、K^+含量与对照相比没有显著差异;叶片和根系丙二醛含量增加幅度较‘1103P’小。将生长量等6个单项指标转换成2个相互独立的综合指标,分析发现‘SA15’‘SA17’和‘1103P’的综合因子得分D值分别为0.595、0.519和0.420。综上,各株系耐复合盐碱能力SA15>SA17>1103P。 Rootstock '1103P' was conducted as control,the two hybrids(SA15 and SA17) of Vitis amurensis cv.'Zuoshan-1×SO4' were irrigated with 0.54% complex salt-alkali.Comprehensive assessment was based on principal component analysis and correlation.The shoot growth,malondialdehyde (MDA) content in leaves and roots,chlorophyll content,and Na^+ and K^+ content in various organs were measured after 18 days salt-alkali stress. Compared with '1103P',the chlorophyll content was slightly reduced in 'SA15' and 'SA17' under salt-alkali stress, the shoot growth and MDA content in leaves and roots of 'SA15' and 'SA17' were slightly changed.Additionally,the 'SA15' and 'SA17' leaves contained the similar level of Na^+ and K^+ to the control.Six indexes were converted to 2 independent comprehensive indexes.According to cluster analysis,D value for 'SA15''SA17' and '1103P' was 0.595, 0.519 and 0.420,respectively.Therefore,the salt- and alkali-tolerance of rootstocks was SA15>SA17>1103P.
