摘要
为解决军用软件测评实验室对测评项目管理的不足,在现行软件工程相关的国际、国/军标指导下,基于软件研制能力成熟度模型技术和实用软件度量技术,设计并实现了一种军用软件测评实验室测评管理度量模型。模型建立针对质量和进度的度量体系和评价方法,以客观、量化和高效的方式实现对测试项目的定量评估,达到量化管理的目标,提升军用软件测评实验室对测评项目的管理能力。
To solve the deficiency of military software testing laboratory in the management of evaluation projects,a measurement model of military software testing laboratory is designed and implemented based on software development capability maturity model technology and practical software measurement technology under the guidance of current international,national or military standards related to software engineering.The model establishes the measurement system and evaluation method for quality,progress and cost,realizes the quantitative evaluation of test projects in an objective,quantitative and efficient way,achieves the goal of quantitative management,and improves the management ability of military software testing laboratory to test projects.
