我国反恐数据库的体系构建与应用分析

反恐是目前世界上多个国家必须面对的问题,恐怖袭击发生后具有极大的杀伤性和破坏力,建立系统、全面的恐怖活动数据库和具备可视化、信息化、智能化的反恐地理信息系统意义重大。应当借鉴国外先进的反恐数据库建设经验,依据我国反恐情报研究和建设的实际情况构建反恐数据库体系。通过对恐怖活动信息的分析,结合地理信息系统实现反恐数据可视化、恐怖活动的实时监测与预防、恐怖袭击事件处置的可视化以及恐怖袭击灾后重建。

Learn from foreign advanced anti-terrorism database and anti-terrorism geographic information system construction experience, and improve the terrorist crime prevention according to the actual situation of China's anti-terrorism intelligence research and construction. Realize the visualization of counter-terrorism data, the real-time monitoring and prevention of terrorist activities, the visualization of the handling of terrorist attacks, and the rebuild of terrorist attacks.
