Physical education is an important part of quality education. The traditional teaching mode of physical education has been followed for a long time. The backwardness of teaching concept and teaching method makes it impossible to achieve the goal of modern physical education. Besides, the sports facilities are imperfect and the sports venues are limited, the teaching effect of physical education is even worse. While in modern educational technology, its advanced teaching concepts and methods are the key to make education play its role. Therefore, the teaching effect is expected to be improved with the help of modern multimedia technology and information technology. In physical education, the combination of advanced teaching ideas and methods of modern technology enable teachers use modern teaching tools properly. It can change the recognition of physical education, innovate the teaching mode, and finally make physical education more in line with the requirements of quality education.
