Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,a new era thought of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is formed in the great process of General Secretary Xi Jinping leading the whole Party and people to comprehensively advance the construction of ecological civilization,who innovating and exploring from the objective reality,the world and domestic situation.
