河北省战略性新兴产业上市公司金融支持效率研究

Research on the Financial Support Efficiency of Strategic Emerging Industries of Listed Companies in Hebei Province

采用产出导向的DEA方法,以2015-2017年12个季度的数据为基础,对河北省战略性新兴产业上市公司的金融支持效率进行测度。研究发现,河北省战略性新兴产业上市公司的金融支持综合效率偏低,大多数企业处于规模收益递减状态,且纯技术效率低是导致综合效率偏低的主要原因。河北省战略性新兴产业上市公司应加快向"创新驱动"转型,通过改善投入结构、提高资产运营效率等来优化产出水平。

This paper studied the financial support efficiency of the strategic emerging industries of listed companies in Hebei province as well as the influence factors of financial support efficiency with the methods of output-oriented DEA based on the data of 12 quarters from 2015 to 2017. We found that the level of financial support comprehensive efficiency of strategic emerging industries of listed companies in Hebei province is low, most companies are in the state of diminishing returns to scale,which is mainly caused by a low pure technical efficiency. Listed companies in strategic emerging industries in Hebei should accelerate the transformation to "innovation-driven",optimize output level by improving input structure and improving asset operation efficiency,etc.
