农村金融助推湖南农村一二三产业融合发展的困境和对策研究

Study on Difficulties and Countermeasures of Boosting the Integrated Development of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Industries in Hunan Rural Areas by Rural Finance

推动农村一二三产业融合发展既是实现湖南特色农业现代化的必然要求,也是农村金融支农惠农政策的重要组成部分。文章探讨了湖南农村一二三产业融合发展现状和困境,进而总结出农村金融助推农业产业纵向一体化的融合方式,农村金融引领以及现代农村金融平台对应产业交叉的融合方式,并针对不同的路径选择提出政策建议。

To promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is not only an inevitable requirement for the realization of agricultural modernization with Hunan characteristics, but also an important part of the rural financial policy of supporting and benefiting farmers. This paper discusses the current situation and predicament of the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hunan province, and then summarizes the integration mode of rural finance to promote the vertical integration of agricultural industry, rural finance guidance and the integration mode of modern rural finance platform corresponding to industrial cross-industry, and puts forward policy Suggestions for different path choices.
