地方文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,高职院校作为开展思想政治教育的主阵地,也是地方文化继承和弘扬的重要载体。高职院校的地域性特点决定了地方文化对其教育效果的实现具有深刻的影响。无锡文化丰富多样,工商文化是无锡文化的魂,对无锡文化的其他方面有主流影响作用,因此,通过结合无锡的工商文化资源特点,运用思想政治教育、教学的相关理论,从校本教材的开发、学生实践教育的开展、校园文化平台建设、网络文化资源开发等方面,进行以文育人路径的积极探索,实现文化发展和有效育人的良性互动。

Local culture is an important part of Chinese culture. Higher vocational colleges, as the main front for carrying out ideological and political education, are also important carriers for the inheritance and promotion of local culture. The regional characteristics of higher vocational colleges have determined that local culture has a profound impact on the realization of its educational effects. Wuxi culture is rich and diverse.
