高职专业教师综合能力评价指标体系的构建 被引量:1

摘要 专业教师综合能力是教师履行职责的必备条件,通过构建切实有效的五大能力评价指标体系,充分评价教师对业务知识及专业技能的掌握程度。教师能力主要体现在服务教学、社会及科研等方面所具有的素质,个人能力指标反映教师本人日常学习能力及作为教师对突发事件的反应能力;专业能力为教师教学及服务社会提供技术支持;教师的科研能力反映了教师的专业延伸及拓展能力;社会能力体现了服务社会、实现个人价值的过程。本文以综合能力主线,构建了五个一级指标,20个二级指标组成的教师综合能力评价指标体系,依据调研结果,用结构方程得出各指标的权重,为全面衡量教师的综合能力提供依据。 Comprehensive ability of professional teachers is a prerequisite for the performance of their duties, through the construction system of five effective ability evaluation index, we can fully evaluate the mastery degree of the teacher for the professional knowledge and skills. Teachers’ ability is mainly reflected in the quality of serving the teaching and society. The index of individual ability reflects the teachers’ daily learning ability and ability that respond to emergencies. The professional ability provides technical support for teachers ’teaching and serving the society. The teachers’ ability of scientific research reflects ability of the professional extension and development. Social competence embodies the process of serving the society and realizing personal value. Based on the research results, this paper uses the structural equation to get the weight of each index, and provides a comprehensive evaluation index system for the comprehensive ability of the teachers. In this way, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the teachers is built, which is composed of five first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes.
