摘要
据统计调查高职生在毕业后半年内更换工作很频繁、离职率很高。由于高职毕业生的能力素质较低、其就业心理中存在着很多问题、高职院校中的职业教育体系还不完善等致使高职毕业生就业质量并不高。给出了改进与加强高职生就业工作的多项举措,包括要加强就业心理教育、就业策略教育、教学管理和学生管理,并注重扩大学校的社会影响力等。
According to statistics, the more changeable jobs and the higher turnover rate appear in the vocational college students within their half year's graduation. This paper points out that the low ability, the more psychology problems appear in graduations and the imperfect education system appears in college, lead to the unsatisfactory employment quality. In this paper, there are many measures to improve the employment quality , including promoting the employment psychological education, the employment strategy education, the management of teaching and student ,as well as the social influence of school, and so on.
