Study on the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of Sports Service in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools in China and the Structural Reform on the Supply Side

农村中小学体育教育服务质量难以快速提升的根本在于缺乏资金支持,缺乏教师资源的有效补充。而采取供给侧结构调整的革新路径,也是从资金和人力资源双重角度解析供需矛盾的根本,是进一步优化农村中小学体育服务供给平衡的关键所在。为此,本文分析了我国农村中小学体育服务供需矛盾与供给侧结构性改革方案,旨在加强农村中小学体育服务质量和水平。

The fundamental difficulty in the rapid improvement of the quality of physical education services in primary and secondary schools in rural areas lies in the lack of financial support and the lack of effective supplement of teacher resources.Therefore,this paper analyzes the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural primary and middle school sports services and the supply-side structural reform program, aiming to strengthen the quality and level of rural primary and secondary sports services.
